Szia, az is a 100 fekvőtámasz családhoz tartozik, minden honlapjukon kint van a menüben, “two hundred squats” néven fut: http://www.twohundredsquats.com/ . Nem rossz gyakorlat, ez az egyetlen aminél rendesen kiizzadok, de abbahagytam, mert az 5. héten a 8 ismétlés már megterhelte a térdem.
